Have completed: Painted shutters black (as opposed to brown)

Got a new front door (woot woot!)

In process: Painting trim white (as opposed to brown)

2. I would really love to take out the shrubs from in front of the living room window, and the hostas that are there (they get too much sun there and are not doing well). In it's place, I'd like to put a little brick patio right there with some flower pots. The sidewalk is also really uneven. I'd like to take that out and make it a brick path as well.
