Apple Orchards and Pumpkin Patches

Today we were invited to visit an apple orchard/pumpkin patch with some friends. Despite the cold, it was a lot of fun! Here are some of our favorite pictures of our adventure: My three, plus one!
We are slightly bundled up, as you can see! It was a really chilly, breezy day today!

Four fun girls on the wagon ride!

M with her pumpkin (we didn't actually buy a pumpkin, just posed by them to pretend we did!)

E with her pumpkin! A refused to choose a pumpkin or be in a picture if she didn't get to take the pumpkin home. I'm a mean mom I guess.

Some early fall colors

The pumpkin patch. What is best about this pumpkin patch is that there are no pumpkin plants. It's amazing how these pumpkins just sprout out of the ground without vines or anything! :-) Super pretty place!

Best part of all? Homemade hot cider and cinnamon sugar donuts INSIDE afterwards! Mmmm!

What a fun day with friends! Good food, beautiful scenery, fun conversation, what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, better weather! Brrr....

What an awesome day, even with the chill in the air!
