My range is on the fritz!
The oven won't heat at all. The tech just left, and said it's the "glow bar". Estimate is the high 200's and he won't have the part for another week. Such is life.
I'm thinking of just getting a new range.

Ah, this stinks! It might be worth doing a price comparison for a new range. Try to look on the bright side - it could have happened the day before Thanksgiving. Then you really would be going out to eat for the holiday!
