Tonight we went down to the shop/office building that Bonnie and Tracy are building. There is a duck pond right there and the kids had fun feeding the ducks. Then we went to this little farm that someone has where you can look at some really fun and unusual animals. And they don't even charge you! We saw the normal farm animals but also llamas, emus, black swans, and kangaroos! I tried to get a picture of one of the kangaroos but they were kind of hiding, but the picture with Elise covering her eyes, if you look to her right there in between her and other kids - that's the little kangaroo. The bigger one was out of camera range.
A very pretty and fun little place for a Sunday evening jaunt.

Fun to see the baby kangaroo! Is it some type of sanctuary? What is the shop your sister is building? HOw fun to have ducks right across the street!
I'm not sure about the farm - how or why they take in the animals. There are no signs or anything, just this farm off to the side of the road. You'd pass it if you didn't know, and probably wouldn't see anything other than the llamas.
My sister's shop is mainly for office and warehouse space. They own an excavating company and a couple of other little businesses, so they are building this to house their offices and store their construction equipment. They are trying to lease the rest of it out - so far they have a catering company and hopefully will get more in as it is closer to being finished. It is a really big and nice building, with office space in the front and manufacturing or warehouse space in the back.
My brother-in-law also put in a full size basketball and racquetball courts, just for fun.
AWESOME! Your sis and bro in law have quite a nice little business set up!
